Section 4 - Delivery Guarantee We are committed to customer satisfaction. We guarantee that all orders will be delivered within a maximum timeframe of 30 business days. If your order has not arrived within this 30-day window, you are entitled to a full investigation and, if the package is deemed lost or delayed beyond reasonable limits, a full refund or reshipment.
